Refer an Friend Scheme
1-800people.com have a referral program that enables you to help a friend to get a new job and receive between 200 and 500 for your efforts!
Get your friends to apply for jobs on our website, mentioning that they were referred to the position by you and we will do the rest.
If we place a friend, recommended by you, in a permanent role we will reward you with between 200 and 500 cash. This fee depends on the Salary of the position that the friend gets offered.
The reward scale is as follows.
Basic Salary Reward
0 to 30,000 200
30,00- to 40,000 300
40,001 to 50,000 400
50,001 upwards 500
Please note that you will receive your referral fee after your friend has been in their new permanent job for 13 weeks inclusive.
