Our Promise to Employers

• All candidates are interviewed in person (no telephone interviews).
• All candidates are contacted in advance of C.V.'s being submitted to client companies.
• Only candidates who clearly suit the job description are put forward. No candidates are submitted if the criteria cannot be met.
• All candidates are given a detailed description of the job vacancy and any revelant information on the Client Company before an interview.
• Clients are refunded the placement fee should a candidate leave the employment up to 12 weeks after starting date. Rebate on a sliding scale.
• All consultants are specialists in their fields. One consultant deals with each vacancy and sees the assignment through to completion.
• Close contact is maintained with candidates and clients in the first three months after placement and progress is monitored.
